Our experts will tell you all about their “kitchen secrets” and give good advice in the preparing of sauces and meats, to mention but some of what you will learn.

Cooking class with Mikael Forselius
At a cooking class with our Hotel director and resident “food guru” Mikael Forselius, you’ll learn tips and tricks that’ll work miracles on your prowess in the kitchen. Mikael prepares the dishes in front of the participants, tells you his “kitchen secrets” and gives advice. The finished dishes are then enjoyed by everyone, at the same time as you get tips on how to properly prepare sauces and meats.
